Central Indiana DoulaAs a birth doula, I strive to educate women throughout pregnancy and make it known that pregnancy and birth are beautiful. It does not need to be feared! I am here to support you through the process of making a birth plan and other preparations before baby arrives. During labor I will be present to provide comfort measures and emotional support.

- Less likely to have an epidural or use any type of pain medication
- Less likely to give birth by cesarean, or need assistance with vacuum extraction or forceps
- Less likely to give birth to a baby with a low Apgar score
